    Miyajima Zero

I have tested the stereo phono once where I fed the Test LP Azimuth test track (with L-R at recorded 180 degrees difference)using a stereo Cart into the ETR Mono to collapse both channels which in turn goes into the stereo phono for playback. It was dead silent. From there, I am pretty...

    Miyajima Zero

Unfortunately my phono doesn’t have a Mono switch. The ETR-Mono does output a coherent signal to both channels and it in the hands of faith to see if my stereo phono messes up.

I have been thinking of damping a pair of hollow steel stands but unfortunately, it’s completely sealed. Has anyone tried using damping pads such as Dynamat to strategically stick onto the sides/base of the stands? http://www.dynamat.com/ I am likely to head in that direction. This...

Miyajima zero - tonearm experiences please

I am using the Zero with a Miyajima ETR-Mono thats plugged into an Audio Note phono. Have also compared it plugged into my Cary Audio PH302 Mk II’s MM section with the ETR-Mono and a Peerless SUT. The external SUT path into MM blows the direct connection into the MC section (the phono uses...

Are you also getting the ETR-Mono SUT? It works amazingly well with the Zero.

Miyajima zero - tonearm experiences please

I see. The Zero didn’t have a chance to be mounted on the SAEC 506/30 as it was hogged by the Koetsu. Will keep you posted if I decide to do that over the weekend. In any event, the Zero is simply a buy :)
