Lexus LF-LC Luxury Sports Coupè Concept

To me the LFA has a more refined look and much better execution though not nearly as bad a$$. If their intention was to make a poster, then mission accomplished. It reminds me of the new Benz's, all dressed up like cheap tarts.

What situation are you most worried about?

When dealing with an untrained angry dog Firmly say " Go get your ball". If there's a ball nearby he/she will go get it. It wont work on a trained guard dog but it works with most dogs. I once played fetch with a growling barking dog for ten minutes while I did what I need to do in his yard. He...

Lexus LF-LC Luxury Sports Coupè Concept

The basic design is nice but it has been overly styled with way too much chrome trim and flourishes. The interior is better. Still way too much chrome and the window controls look like they are from a 1987 Soundesign one piece stereo.

    Making Chicken Stock

The key to making clear chicken broth is to boil the chicken for 10 minutes then discard the water and clean the pot. Put the chicken back in the pot with new water and boil. This is the secret to perfect Pho.

lower back pain = linked to bed?

If money is an issue there is a poor mans version. I did this for a friend. The guys wife calls it magic bed. Build a platform bed out of 2x3's and 1/2" plywood what ever size/ height you want. Get a 4" thick piece of 8# blue upholstery foam. Buy a 3' thick 8# memory foam mattress topper...

lower back pain = linked to bed?

I had lower back pain most of my adult life until I bought a memory foam mattress. It was so bad that If I were to lay down anywhere even for a few mins my back would lock up. Now it's not an issue. I have the extra firm version.

Is there a diet not devised by a Quack?

Top tip for anyone interested in good health. Use Yacon syrup as a sweetener. Snack on dried Yacon chips (They taste like dried apples.). Yacon is a sweet Peruvian tuber grown in the Andes mountains. The syrup is a lot like molasses in appearance but not as sweet. Used in combination with...

Is there a diet not devised by a Quack?

If you eat sausage or ground meat you need to grind it yourself. I use the STX turbo force, but an inexpensive hand crank grinder will work. You wont believe how good homemade sausage, Gyros, etc are. Super easy to do too. http://www.amazon.com/STX-TURBOFORCE-3000-SERIES-ATTACHEMENT/dp/B0012KJBR0

Is there a diet not devised by a Quack?

There is a myth that a calorie is a calorie. Not true at all. The way sugar and ethanol calories effect the liver is way different than everything else. Avoid sugars and ethanol in quantity and you will be able to get yourself healthy. The Cavemen diet has a lot to recommend it.

I bought the SideKIC about a week ago. Wasn't crazy about the broccoli but It was my first time so user error was the likely problem. Made Chicken Cordon Bleu that came out great. Tonight I am making Delmonico's. It's a very cool gadget.

    It's Not A Generation Gap

Lip syncing is dishonest. That's where the sense of generational musical superiority stems from. LZ's theft is another form of cheating and should not serve as a good example. There are better ones.
