The problem most people have with 2 cycle engines is caused by using ethanol blended gasoline that pulls moisture in from the air. The Stihl gas is 100% gas (plus the required oil). I ended up getting a 5 gallon metal container of "real gas" from a local station and have had zero gas related...
So is Weber the best option for gas or should I be looking @ other brands? I'm definitely getting a grill with stainless grates... (no porcelain on steel).
I've got a great ceramic charcoal BBQ/grill but my wife wants something that she can use (or pre-heat so it's ready when I get home from work). The grill area can be small, we would only use this for quick grilling of evening meals. I've been looking at models from TEC and Webber (Genesis S...
The company I work for uses ExpressScripts/Medco as both the insurance provider *AND* the pharmacy. If we use anyone besides ExpressScripts to fill prescriptions with our insurance we get charged. 1st time prescription fills are exempt from the rule.

I was waffling between putting this here on the off topic area. Has anyone tried this or heard of anyone doing it?
Yes, a VS fan motor (or at least a 2 stage) is critical. Continuous air circulation also helps with air quality (more filtering). I was pointing out that the furnace burner *can* be a separate decision. Some brands (Trane, etc.) only offer the best fan tech in their most expensive furnace...
I'm looking for a laptop with the following specs:
- CPU for Adobe Lightroom & file encoding (i5 minimum, i7 preferred)
- Enough memory for the above (8GB minimum)
- Quality HD display w. touch, support for external 4k display (so a Haswell CPU). Better than HD on the laptop would be nice...
No, not the tank. The actual exterior case of the immersion circulator is molded plastic (versus a metal shell that you'd find on an expensive pro model). They have a patent on the molded plastic (I don't know what makes it unique art.. perhaps the way that it snaps together).
Sansaire is getting sued by PolyScience (they have a patent on a molded plastic exterior). We'll see how things work out for them (does Sansaire have cash to fight the lawsuit, etc., etc.).
I've been using an Anova (they are known for lab equipment as well) and have been very pleased with...
For canning I use an "All American" brand pressure cooker. The best part is that there are no seals to wear out. http://www.amazon.com/All-American-921-2-Quart-Pressure/dp/B00004S88Z/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1388177873&sr=1-1
I have not tried cooking in it due to the size.
I was able to get my FIOS provider to switch me over from coax to Cat6 recently so I installed a new wireless router, the Asus RT-AC68U. I'm pairing it with a Netgear wireless-N endpoint @ the other end of my home for solid coverage. I've streamed a few uncompressed Blurays over the wireless...
My wife and I flew them this September to the big island & Kauai (6 flights total) and had a superb experience (great coffee, they actually serve a meal in coach, etc.). I fly Southwest most of the time (most of my travel is to Austin and Baltimore) and they are a great option if you don't want...
The largest ceramic cooker is the Komodo Kamado "Big Bad 32" (the stainless components alone weigh over 100lbs) and has a grate area similar to the larger home-use offset cookers. However, most people find that 2 smaller cookers make more sense because you rarely need the capacity and the...
The WSM is similar in style to the kamado... they are both vertical upright smokers. The kamados have better insulation and require a smaller fire (less drying of the meat). The WSM is only intended for smoking.
The Traeger is easier to use ( very similar to an oven in use) and is a...
What grinder are you using with your Breville? It sounds like you got the 900XL near the launch date (mid-2011)... have you had any boiler cleaning issues?
