    DDK must have got this inspiration from my No. 1s. Every day as I evacuate my bowels, I also begin the slow lowering of my 150kg platter onto the outer rim of my toilet seat. My bearing remains protected and untouched. Sometimes nature shows us the way.

    True. The good thing is the I/O can be added to the Olympus at a later stage without making the original purchase redundant.

    Appreciate that! It is a big jump getting into the Olympus but that option seems to make more sense than adding a I/O XDMI to the Extreme given the generous trade in of the Extreme. So Olympus or new Mercedes or kids' school fees.....decisions decisions.
