    I had the TAD REF1 MK.2 several years ago before replacing it with magico m6s. i ran 4x LAMM m2.2 amps with , and while enjoyed the overall sound immensely for a good 4 years, i always felt that the lamm didn't have enough oomph to really drive those speakers.

    Great choice, imho.the luxman and esoteric are similar in sound signature and more engaging then the gryphon .

    Tried the gryphon antilleon with MY m6 and thought it darkened the sound.the presentation was quite veiled and unengaging. opted for the esoteric M1X instead- open ,life like ,detailed and musical.

    The few times I heard the Vitus gear, I kept shaking my head with disappointment…… you can’t go wrong with any of the BAT preamps. Had the original Rex years ago, and still regretting selling it.

    Stereophonic, yes I for years have used Siltech almost exclusively….. but in the last 2-3 years or so I found that their sound has become more sterile and less musical. the esprit cables have filled up that gap in a significant way.

    Unfortunately, John lau ,the owner and designer of CANARY AUDIO passed away few weeks ago…. he was an amazingly smart and kind man with an amazing talent that spans 4 decades in high end audio…. He will sorely missed. I mostly listen to digital.

    I use the canary audio m250s with great results on my M6s….powerful Kt-150s with 250 watts in class A.
