Count me in on the full custom horn solution with DHT amps like 801a/211, GM70 or 45 driving 300B in p-p. Though I am not sure who or what sort of system it would be. IMO the smaller Cessaros I have heard at shows are too horny sounding.
Q 7 , but since audio is a losing investment I ll keep the real estate

Either the MBL extreme (a terrible load however), the Arrakkis 2, XLF or possibly the Magico Ultimate.
I have not heard any of the choices enough to make an informed decision. If money, time, and real estate are not an issue then I would try several, each in it's own room/system. That could turn into a full time job in itself I guess.
If I had the room I'd be trying a pair of the JBL M2 Reference monitors. And if money was no object I might even opt for the ML amps instead of the crowns...nah, even if the money was meaningless to me I'd get the crows and give the rest to charity.

Makes my heart bleed to have left the big Nolas off the list.
