A New "Live at Bernie's"

Just out of curiosity, why was Elusive Disc given an 'exclusive' to rep this particular release?? Wouldn't it have served the a'phile community a little better if that was in fact not the case??? Just asking...

Since the numbers were limited, each country distributor was given exclusivity for that country. They had to pre-pay for their orders even before ever hearing a test pressing. So, they have to take a leap of faith. Elusive Disc is the exclusive distributor, but they can always offer copies to their dealers. The three big on-line audiophile music sellers generally work together, so if Elusive Disc hasn't already sold out, they will also offer the title to the others. Besides, Elusive Disc has always been extremely supportive of Anne, so we offered them first right of refusal.

Since there will only ever be 3,000 copies, and I wanted to make sure that the audiophile community world-wide get the chance to get this album, we allocated numbers out to distributors around the world.
