No problem. I just went out last night and bought the latest issue of Prog and just went through the magazine and looked up almost every band on Spotify and 90% + of them are in there.
Also got to get caught up on Sons of Apollo, love these guys! Portnoy is on the pedestal right under Peart.
Also tell me you are going to see Hackett do Seconds out, hope he brings it to the US.

HFG, I'm gonna diverge on Portnoy. He does nothing for me, other than a handful of albums. And I love virtuoso drumming. Prog is always one twitch away from OCD noodling, and Portnoy twitches too much for my liking. But hey, that's music, art in general...never a consensus.

Get yr take on prog on streaming. If anything is gonna get me to commit, it's the choice/ease of availability argument. Less so SQ.

Very interesting, Marty!

PS: Would anyone like to purchase my Cyndi Lauper and The Bangles SACDs?

No thanks Ron. But I do have the SACD of the 9th Symphony of Dvorak on the Esoteric label and will sell for current average market place value of $725 as listed on Amazon. :)

What is PCIe High Rez? Is that a streaming service available to the public?

BTW, I was surprised to find that Tidal MQA was preferred to Qobuz Hi Rez about 50% of the time. A more relaxed, natural presentation particularly for solo piano recordings. But not consistently. Nice to have options.
Marty

I think you got Mike's preference wrong - right is better than left in his ranking.
