It looks lovely, and I bet it sounds nice, but there are any number of "free" set up things you could do with this system to TRANSFORM the quality of sound in the room.

Yes fuses make a difference. I tried SR Orange against stock fuses and noticed an immediate improvement in "liveness" and soundstaging to the sound. The more I used the better the sound became...

I only use the Series 2 double stack, one above and one below the ball bearing, or the Junior HDSE which are also double stack. That way although the unit wobbles its pretty stable, even for under my turntable. FWIW I have found a Symposium platform to work really well under my PX25 amp...
