    New Cart on the way

Thank you guys. So I have been reading about TT mats, and have been running both of my tables with Acrylic platters. I prefer the sound that way. From what I have read, the Acrylic platter is the best way to play vinyl.

    New Cart on the way

After a lot of looking around etc. I have decided that i am going to just upgrade to the Ethos SE cart. I have one on order. Will give impressions once i have some time with it. You can really get lost in reviews opinions and comparing prices. I may buy something more expensive down the road...

    Audiophile Fuses

I took my volt meter, and determined the flow path through the power cord to each piece of gear when I installed the fuses. The sound stage changes with the recording. Some songs I can now hear guitars off to the wings that I...

    Gutwire

I got to listen to a dealers system this past weekend, and I was extremely impressed. He is going to bring over his Gutwire Vision Absolute Edition Speaker Cable For me to demo. They retail for $11,500.00 CDN , which is a big commitment for me. So a few hours in home demo will be the judge...

Is Your Loudspeaker Perfect For You?

The basement system was a complete headache the room is where frequencies go to die. I removed 80% of the drop in ceiling tiles and replaced them with reflective tiles, that made a big improvement. The amp is a Sugden IA-4 integrated amp, I am in love with Sugden class A sound. I tried every...

Is Your Loudspeaker Perfect For You?

My journey has been an interesting one, I have built 2 systems at the same time in 2 completely different environments. This has taught me a lot about room materials and size and dynamics. The main floor listening room was the easiest of the 2, the room is 13x21 with an 8 foot ceiling, Large...
