    Previously my SR purple fuse was blown. SR sent me a replacement and advised that for audiophile fuse, it is better to use one 10-20% above the rated value.

    I found statement BDC runs quite a bit hotter than elite BDC. So must make sure adequate ventilation for the unit.

    I prefer to place CR1 directly on the delta extreme. I have used delta non extreme with spike hole before, and I found that different spikes can alter the sound in my system. So decided to use without spikes to minimize the variables.

    A few points IMHO 1. Coming from D1000TX, D700 is noticeably better in every aspects. lower noise, better micro details and resolution, perceivable better lower end extension 2.     For CR1-TX, the stand thread size is M6. Should be the same for previous generations as the stands are the same
