in point 4 are you using one channel for reference and the other one to measure?

update: now I have 0,4 dB between the two channels, but I had to turn the cartridge in the opposite direction of what supposed to be, having right major than left, I should have turned ccw, but in this way never reached a similar result between l and r. Turning cw I reached 0’4 dB and around 30...
You are right, actually I checked parallelism between surface and headshell with a spacer.. tonight or tomorrow will try with AP disk. And will change the cartridge to be sure that the problem is not elsewhere.

I received my copy today, and I made some tests, I have a Cadenza Black, and with the fozgometer I always had around 2 db of difference, right channel major than left, no way. I checked azimuth today and it’s even worse, I have 22 db on the left and 27 on the right, and so on I cannot...
Sorry Djsina2, it wasn't my intention, i'm not motherlanguage, just complaining about a new machine, things like that should not happen, specially at the beginning of a company. In my opinion

I contacted the manufacturer and they will send me a new unit, but hopefully when you buy a new item at this price it has to work, It's not an elctrical failure but a mechanical one, the one that QC should check before shipping..
