Hi Joe,
Question about the height of the 1.5 and 1.0. The Avalon cones are slightly under 1". The Stillpoint Ultra SS, which are now supporting the speaker is slightly over 1". My concern of how it will impact the audio, if I raise the Avalon and additional 1-3". Also, the Avalon is bottom...
I received a rebuilt Koetsu Corsalstone with diamond cantilever this afternoon, after a two month wait. In it’s place I had remounted an Air Tight Supreme, which took a bit to tweak and get just right. The last 2-3 weeks have been extremely enjoyable...very musical experiences. Have any of you...
Hi Joe...again, thanks for quick response. My electronics are all tubes, so I have concerns of the break-in period. Unlikely, the system will run for more than 3-4 hours per day. Does this foreseeably extend the break-in to 30-40 days? With a diminished enjoyment...and the Covid crap, 4-6...
Hi Joe, Thanks for responding to my question. The Avalon Times use three footers, which I believe from your earlier posts suggest I continue with three Center Stage. Please let me know what the benefits of going to the 1.5 over the 1’s may be. Also, does the offer of a purchase of 5 still...
Hi Joe,
Curious about the break-in period. If, the speakers are relocated,, either for speaker adjustment or a residence move, will the Center Stages require a new break-in? Also, for Avalon Time speakers, do you suggest the 1.0 or 1.5?
Thanks, Steve

I have the stubby shorter model. Purchased used about 4 years ago, replaced a Shun Mook and the Walker clamp...on a Walker Proscenium table. The benefits over the Shun Mook and Walker is, to me, unmistakable. The Walker, a bit too tight; the Shun a tad loose. So right in the middle rests the...
I have had great success with the Walker table. It is one of the earliest tables...possibly one of the first 4 built. I purchased it several years ago from a family in upper Wisconsin. I have, since upgraded the tonearm and air compressor. I do not at all find the table on the dark side...
I have been using a heavily modified Jadis JP 80 MC with the CAT JL-2 Black Path for nearly 4 years. It has the body I greatly appreciate in tube electronics along with excellent frequency extension and delineation. For my tastes and associated equipment this combination has been the best so far.
