As it is about “digital” cables, try measuring the eye-pattern.
If I remember correctly HiFi-news did so a couple of years ago and found differences between cables.

Haven't the slightest idea how they sound and how they compare to the Phantoms but the Yamaha NX 500 supports almost all wireless protocols

The player is JRiver indeed.
What intrigues me is that the JRiver bussines model is buy once at 50,- and upgrade each year at $25.
As each and every one can download the Ponoplayer for free, this is a big hole in the JRiver business model.
Unless of course the Ponoplayer expires but than what is...
I wonder if you need a separate tool.
A lot of media players can read single file + cue sheet.
They also can convert
If I have a FLAC + cue I tell my media player to convert it to FLAC and it will create a separate file for each track.
Some media players indeed return tracks when searching for a composer.
Useless indeed.
If the media player returns Albums or Compositions, the results are usable
Most of the time a search for a composer will do in my case.
If I have a lot of compositions (entire Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert)...
