They don't include an Instructions Manual anymore with those type of products; it would be probably 200 pages thick...like a phone book.
I checked to make sure but I couldn't find anything.
The manual is easily available online only.

The other option is with a photocopier.

Thank you also should I do a reset on the amp
No need to do a reset if the speakers were at fault. It does not sound like you tested all of the speakers. You need to do that. It is very easy and quick to do:

You know the right channel output of you power amp works and sound fine. So hook up all of your speakers one by one to that same speaker output and see if the tweeters work in all speakers.

Like Tim just said above; no reset is needed (you have the direct link only if you ever need it).
You want to make sure that the two previous speakers you have connected and that you couldn't hear their tweeters are ok. I first thought they were damaged but you proved me wrong when reconnecting to the other channel.

1. Tight (but don't overtight) all your speaker's dual sets of binding posts to make sure that the jumpers are making a solid contact between them.
2. All your speaker wires, install all the banana plugs.
3. Connect all your speakers to your amp; connect them to the lower set of binding posts.
4. Spin some music with high frequencies (flutes, piano, cymbals, sax or similar).
5. Engage a surround mode in your Marantz pre/pro, like All Channels Stereo, or similar.
6. Put one ear just few inches from each speaker's tweeter to make sure they are all working.

* Each speaker...Front Left, Center, Front Right, Surround Right, Surround Back Right, Surround Back Left, Surround Left...the seven RCA analog interconnects are matching between the Pre/pro and the power amp. ...And same for the speaker connections to the amp.
Take your time, read the small label, use the included sticker labels to help.
It's easy to misstep here, many people do.

This is just to start with seven speakers.
The two subs will be next.
Then the six overhead speakers. ...Perhaps four would be enough, but that's for later on when things start to open up more, and the two extra speakers could be used between the main fronts and the side surrounds...we'll see in time.

For now you want to make sure that your seven speakers are working with their tweeters.
* You have a center channel speaker?
_____

The two Subs:

1. Position them equidistant from your listening position.
2. The near two front corners are good spots.
3. On the back of the subs:
a) Set the Volume (Gain) control to 1/3rd, for both of them
b) Set the Phase control to the zero position, 0° (Zero degree), for both.
c) Engage the Crossover Bypass (if there is none, set the x-over to its max position), for both.

Do you have a microphone stand with a boom?
If not do you have a camera tripod?

More to come, share your progress and your questions.

You're Canadian. The first banana plugs you showed on post #70 look fine to me.
14AWG speaker wire gauge is fine too, from what I've seen in your previous attachment.
If you need more 12AWG is fine also. With thirteen speakers (if you install them all eventually), you'll need many feet of speaker wires. Rolls of 12AWG (100 feet) are inexpensive online.

13 speakers equal 52 single banana plugs total, @ both ends (speakers and amps).
7 speakers, 28 single banana plugs, or 14 sets.

13 speakers equal roughly 400 feet of speaker wires. ...More or less, it depends of your home theater dimensions and where the wires are going...their path and hiding.

* Your room appears to be in your unfinished basement, what are roughly the dimensions.

Well guys I’m happy to say that I found my tweeter problem

A bad rca jack I will invest in good xlr wires

Was the jack on the power amp or preamp? A bad jack would just kill the signal. It would not attenuate the highs (no tweeter output) as you claim. Perhaps the amp that drives the jack is bad. Did you try a full reset since this is an amplifier problem?
