What is the best hammer drill?

For me as my company uses these and many other construction products. Two things matter
1 price to life Span coupled to reliability
2- being able to have it fixed.
Two come to mind
Milwaukee Is one second is Hilti
Both have have drop off locations and Hilti now mails it back can't beat that.
Now if it's for a home owner many are worthwhile as this I feel is easy usage and not needed for repair
So ryobe or ridged or DeWalt comes to mind.
Nite DeWalt does have service centers too.
