I watched it twice this weekend. You forget how long they were at the top...and how much they influenced.

You cannot begin to know how much this audiophile as a deeply unfashionable and greasy 13 year old hard rock/Star Wars fan in 1977 absolutely stoked a burning hatred for Saturday Night Fever and by extension the Bee Gees.

43 years on? It's one of my fave movies, and the Bee Gees are a secret love of mine. I'm still pretty unfashionable, not everything changes Lol.

Let it all out Marc...ABBA and Steps (new album out)...it will be cathartic and you'll feel all the better for it. ;-)

one of the few groups under-represented on Quboz and Tidal. a big miss to me.

the Bee Gee's are certainly near the top of my 'guilty pleasure' groups list, and i like pretty much all of their stuff. great music and mostly well recorded.

i'm a fan of their early stuff, and all the disco too.

last year i bought the reissue of Saturday Night Fever. loved it.

Their first international release is killer...great sonics if you can find an original mono pressing.
