    Hi Ricco You should consider to add some acoustic panels. I did it with some 244 and soundblock Gik ones. It clearly improves the sound clarity, less indirect sound even at moderate volume.

    It seems that the preamp NHB-18NS is used. For the price, you get the cartridge and a new phono module, but you need to own already a NHB-18NS. The new cartridges has been shown at Munich. In the video the left preamp is used as a phono in bypass mode.

    You have to open the box, maybe it is just a screw that fixs the pump to tighten up if your turntable is not anymore under warranty.
