    Since you like the 6F8G tubes you should try the 6J5 Gt tubes, I used the 6F8G tubes for years until I came across the the 6J5 tubes. You will need the adapters and a quad of 6J5 tubes each tube is a single 6SN7 in it's own glass. These tubes bested every other tube I have tried in my system...
