Agree here. For your speakers you should focus on purity instead of a more traditional high power design. The Valvet suggestion above is a good one, and you might also consider the Konus Audio Robusto 3000 monos (http://www.konus-audio.com/robusto.html). 33 watts/channel, class AB, alive.

Sounds great on e.g. 91dB 1watt/1 meter 4 ohm nominal speakers I carry, if that helps. Surprisingly good bass.
All my lines are high(er) efficiency, but if you're considering a 33 watt/channel amp as a reasonable choice for a set of speakers then I think you'll be in business.

Yes, I recommend it. The included jumpers are good (use the top set of the bottom four binding posts when single wiring) but the speakers let you hear your system. Nice improvement.
