OK, no Worries. I bought one anyways. I will report back... Apparently, Michael Fremer likes it, and there is a review of it in Stereophile Magazine June 2022. Also, Jeffery Catalano - High Water Sounds uses one and he also likes it very much, and he always used a Shun Mook Ebony LP Clamp. -

Regarding the arm mounting plate, I can say that absolutely no way does reversing the orientation of the original plate work! It's a totally different cut - out! Yes you can, but.. you have to change the arm mounting plate! Ouch! That cost £1,150.00 GBP. I have never used my lid as I prefer the look without it! Brinkmann Balance.
Having heard the Brinkmann Balance, which is very similar sounding to the AMG Viella Forte, and owning the Kuzma Stabi M, I would say that the AMG will sound a touch more polite and more laid back than the Stabi M. The Kuzma Stabi M is probably one of the rare 'tables that possess the positives...- twintech

Hi Mike, I am in the throws of trying to purchase one of these lovely record weights but...I can't seem to get a clear answer on the depth of the spindle hole? I am using a Kuzma Stabi M turntable and it has quite a tall spindle as similar to say a VPI Classic, approx 1" inch tall. Any help... -

Yes, I have heard the amazingly good Kuzma XL DC, and for me it was a really tough choice between that and the Stabi M, they are closer than you think, in some ways the M can seem to have slightly more get up and go, but not always the case.
