Seismion - new active isolation platform from Germany
Hi Marcus I am interested in the 500mm by 600mm isolation platform for my nvs turntable . The rack it would be sitting in is only 475 mm deep .is it possible to place the 4 corner adjustable feet a little inside so that the foot print will be 475 mm deep. It was the speakers. Could never get the placement right . Brian charney the designer himself came over and tried . They sounded thin and harsh. -

@bonzo75 I did get the Charney with the western electric 300b amps … it was a failed experiment lol … I could never get it to work . Including a visit by Charney himself. I have the set up now in my bedroom for late night listening with the glow of the tubes … you can’t win them all . Nothing... -

What’s the opinion on the wolf streamers , the alpha 3sx and more importantly the 2 box wolf 2 sx version in comparison to the above mentioned streamers .I have not heard the evo but I liked the wolf 2 sx compared to the innuos statement.- Newtoncr

I have the odyssey stratos in my second system, upgraded by Karl . I have talked to him and am very familiar with the symphonic line. The Mx-r twenty in my opinion are superior amps to them . I have upgraded my amps 4 times and am finally happy with the Mx-r twenty which are no slouch at 300... -

The speakers you are recommending are all horn speakers. I haven’t heard any of the above . I am planning on hearing them before I decide . I know that have great dynamics micro and macro . But do they have the sound stage and focus that dynamic speakers offer . Planar speakers I have listened... -
