    That would be Derek, i once sent him some oil down, he highly rates the Goldmund t3f LT. mine is here but unused for some 15 yrs or so. I use the airline and find it very easy to use, the only thing I replaced in all this time is the air/moisture filters that cost around £ 80 !

    gorilla do polyurethane ( where you can wet one surface for faster drying) and PVA , maybe T Boost means the PVA as he does not require to wet one surface. If using dowels then slippage would not occur, since the two pieces would be locked together when clamped together, this saves faffing...

    Also quite important is ensuring the correct voltage, My reading here is always over @ 250 volts !!! Not good. Airlink made up my transformer so its a constant 230 volts .

    32 years ago I built a new house, here in the uk, with three phase, it was alu cable used then, as I remember quite distinctly , I remember too asking why alu was used and they advised it was cheaper !
