Hi Ron, Not much has changed component wise other than the new room/house in 2019....still using Lamm LP1 sig and allnic H5000 for phono amplification. The room is my best component...;)

turntables; high level anti-resonance----active (Herzan) platforms, Minus K, air bladder (Stacore) platforms, or others?

For me, I have found the best use of active isolation platforms is for power supplies and other static (non-moving) hi fi components (DAC's, P.S.'s, phonostages, ect). I still use my compact HerzanTS-140 for a few power supplies (main pre ps, RTR PS and Allnic Phono tube PS. My AVI units that...

Miles Davis Kind of Blue meets Analogue Productions' UHQR

Aren’t there already too many reissues of KOB ? Wish Chad got a little more creative on this latest UHQR release. The amount of money people probably have spent on reissues of KOB would of gone a long way to buy both the original stereo and mono releases which are superior to the reissues.

Leaking in front right bottom corner of machine. Opposite side of the tank where the opening is. I think the tank weld has a split in the welded seam But will require major disassembly to confirm

Would having the ability to finance your next pair of High End speakers be a factor in your buying decision?

I bought my first hi-end stereo on a credit card(s) back in the early 90's....semi-regretted that as I paid a lot more in interest but at the same time it allowed me to have the sound I wanted/needed but could not afford. Music listening was my primary interest at the time so it was justifiable...

Can You Believe This-The Government Wants Us To Go EV but In So Doing They Will impose a gas surcharge

What is the solution ? Are you sure ? Let's waste trillions of dollars on hypotheses and bankrupt many countires in order to find out. I know, it makes liberals feel better to do something, ANYTHING whether it has any effect on the problem or not.

Can You Believe This-The Government Wants Us To Go EV but In So Doing They Will impose a gas surcharge

Well you have bought into the great liberal power grab. Congrats. When the gov't controls your hydrocrabon, you have no power. Climate change ? Yah...no shit. The climate has been changing since it's inception, we are not going to stop it. Liberal fascists should focus on the real...

Can You Believe This-The Government Wants Us To Go EV but In So Doing They Will impose a gas surcharge

America...Land of the Free. Why should combustion engine owner's support the electric cars ? This is something the majority of the population does not want because if they did, they wouldn't need subsidies in the first place to be viable, profit making products. There is no National charging...

stainless is not magnetic..."A basic stainless steel has a 'ferritic' structure and is magnetic. ... What are you currently listening to (Classical)?

This record is a must. Never released in Stereo. Testament released a stereo version. ERC has done it right in Stereo with all tube repro/cutting system. Only 300 copies. I compared this with my ED2 Columbia SAX 2323 Tchaikovsky Concerto in D Major and it almost has identical sound/recording...

    New iPhone 11 announced

    Chronosonic XVX.

It seems to me that at this price level, Wilson should do the install. Heck, I did a far better setup of my X-2.2 at my old house than the dealer did during original setup.

Dereneville - linear scanning of the grooves

A fantastic feat of engineering it appears. I would be too nervous and stressed using a complicated and fragile aerospace arm instrument such as this. I'm sticking wih my simple SME's 3012R's and a few Grahams. I can't wait to hear the reports from future owners.
