    Here what im thinking for the BACCH / grimm mu1 setup. Should also provide upsampled youtube concert content on the big screen. Im hoping the apple tv has enough delay perimeter to lip sync the setup.

    DSP such as Accurate/audiolense that Mitch uses and BACCH that im about to order is the future for sure. I cannot go back after hearing my system with some of Mitch's audiolense filters.

    I think it does but thats because thats what I did. the tube section on the 901s is fantastic and really does something special to the mids and highs over the Mac SS ive had. but you really need to audition it for yourself, I just think it's such a cool design, and sounds really really good.

    Pretty big price swing there. the mpd8 msrps for $24k. if you have the budget I would definitely just skip the line and goto the mpd-8 it truly is a world class dac. the holo may is good , great in fact for the money ive had one but it really needs hqplayer to shine imo. its a whole other level...

    In can highly highly recommend the siltech classic legend 880 usb it has replaced the wireworld platinum, shunyata alpha and nordost Valhalla 2 In my main system. Its basically the best attributes of all the rest combined with no down sides in my setup. Definitely a keeper.

    here is a good one , in my experience the source is the most important component. servers can make a bigger difference then the dac itself.
