I use a mix of ground beef,veal and extra lean pork.
I use parmesan cheese instead of Breadcrumbs.
The rest goes with the inspiration of the day and what ever I have on hand.

There are several aftermarket devises to add VTA adjustment to the RB tone arm.
I agree with Gary as for the Grado, you may want to inquire also on the Dyna DV 10X5.
As far as acoustic treatment you should favour diffusion over absorption to get that great soundstage!
