    Nothing is bullet proof to DC or clipping. I have pushed mine hard with lots of class A curent and never blew a Resistor. I still say if your taling out a resistor and twice something is amiss in the amp or pre . If it was a tube pre it can pass DC

    Yes the 3 have a 20 ohm bass Wire wound Caddock and a Flat .05 caddock for phase ..If I recall the whole bottom has to come off !

    THEY DO ! Having heard them with tubes to say the least . Im sure it would be a tad better with SS . It isnt promenent subwoofer bass but REAL sounding and fast as the recording gives ! Daryl has done wll with the custom Scan speced 22W paper driver, Delightful to say the least !
