    Reed 2A 12" Tonearm for Lyra Etna Cartridge I recently purchased a used Dr. Feickert Blackbird II turntable that came with a 12" Reed 2A tonearm, and I'm planning on using my Lyra Etna cartridge with it. Is the Reed a good match for the Lyra? Thank you for any input! Ken

    Avid vs. Dr. Feickert

    I'm looking to buy a new turntable and can use some advice. I have a SME IV.vi arm with a Sumiko Palos Presentation cartridge. I'm looking at the Avid Sequal SP and Dr. Feickert Firebird tables. Does anyone have experience with either of these and how they might match up with the SME arm?
