    I ordered a NOS pair of Tung Sol 6F8G's and had them in my system for a few weeks now. BIG overall difference in sound quality. Bass cleaner and tighter. I have to agree with jcmusic's listening impressions of them in the ModWright 105. NOT cheap for those that may be interested

    If you do a search, you'll notice that the Tung Sol 6F8G's will require an adapter w/ plug for 6SN7 sockets.
