    Stillpoints Aperture Acoustic Panels

I have 3 apertures on front wall with one behind each speaker and one in the middle in front of the fireplace. Overall staging, depth and imaging has improved with marginal bass improvement. I use the Stillpoint stands for the ones behind each speaker and have been thinking about adding an extra...

PSI Audio AVAA C20 Active Bass Absorber

I’m guessing the c214 is an improved version of the c20

So relative to your Shunyata loom, are these better or different?

    QSA LANEDRI Series

I’m not disagreeing on the cables, I’m just flabbergasted by the gear (ie. AppleTV, nVidia Shield TV Pro, network switches, master clocks, etc) that use cables/accessories that cost many times more. I have that problem as well. For us audio/video files, that makes sense but others would call...

    QSA LANEDRI Series

Yeah that’s a tough pill to swallow. $5-10k in cables/fuses for $200 piece of gear.

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

Bad thing is it’s hard to compare as the amp is 260lbs, but anything should be better than the floor.

Best digital cable bnc to connect Mutec Ref10 to Esoteric N01XD

I think Esoteric can be used for either 50 or 75ohm. The DA states it can even be used for digital or analog as per “Gigahertz Level Flat Transmission”. https://www.esoteric.jp/en/product/7n-da6100iv_mexcel/feature

    Pilium Audio in action-

I believe the combo has fully balanced circuitry whereas Leonidas is not.

    Totaldac versus Rockna Wavedream?

I left mine streaming via Roon 24/7 so I’m going to guess 2-3 weeks, worse case 4. If I wasn’t listening, I would just stream radio through Roon.

    Signal Projects Cables

Agreed. Their website is a tad technical. Best to search for dealers to demo. https://www.hifi-advice.com/blog/review/cables-reviews/analog-interlink-reviews/signal-projects-lynx-and-apollon/

    Signal Projects Cables

Not much exposure in North America. I’m using a Golden Sequence PC and P40 LE (posted here). They have a full lineup just like Espirit. Something for every price range.

You probably need at least 2 Grabo Pro Lifters

Isolation Transformer and Balanced Power versus PS Audio Regenerator

Agreed. The newer p12, p15 and p20 are much better than the previous gen.

Eureka Ethernet lan cable. Wow it’s heavier than many powercords!!

FYI - Wellfloat - a "Game Changer in Mechanical Vibration Management"

I have revpods and wellflots but never got around to using both under speakers. That was the original plan. Ended up with revpods under gear and wellfloat under speakers. Revpods outperform Stillpoints SS5/CMS in my setup as they are more natural. YMMV. Wellfloats user speakers with stock spikes...

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

I am told the powercord for the pre is only used to charge the batteries for the pre. It has a headphone out, but I think the location of it is awkward. Very nice pre-amp combo nevertheless, someone’s end game if you have room for 2 huge monos. the monos are class A and switchable to efficiency...

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

Block Audio combo is darn nice but is class A and runs warm/hot. Good alternative to Gryphon/Vitus. Lots of goodies coming out of Eastern Europe. However, Pilium runs cool/cold to touch 24/7/365.

    Symposium Acoustics

A well built rack is a lifetime investment and often improves one’s system. Many sigh at high prices of some racks as they are often under-appreciated, but buy once and same money/time. Unless you have massive gear re-arrangements.

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

I saw the Euro dealer using strong suction cups on sides. That will help along with cargo straps. Otherwise, get ready to pay for massages and lots of beer! LOL

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

And Magico used Vitus and Constellation and those prices are just as astronomical or more than Pilium.

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

The only thing I wish Pilium did was make the lower shipping crate more accessible to the powercord outlets, so that one can just plug powercords into amps while in crate to listen, while waiting for an army of spartans to lift out!

    New Pilium Gear!!!!

Totally true. With Covid and no shows over the past 1.5 years, forum goer's just have to sit on the sidelines or visit dealers (if any) when they open. Once Pilium starts attending shows, people with similar priced gear may start jumping onboard. If you have a chance to listen, you might be...

I think there are smaller versions of Hercules monos in the works (Poseidon, Apollon?). Heavy weight lineup: 2 integrateds 3 stereo amps 3 monoblocks 1 dac 1 streamer?
