Hi everyone,
I have an Astell + Kern Alpha DAP which loses internet connection whilst streaming every 7 minutes. I have tried all resolves and also alternative streaming services but still the same result.
I do have another DAP which streams perfectly without losing connection.
I have contacted Astell & Kern who send a whole load of pre prepared info but in the end expect me to send the unit in to them or an agent for inspection and/or repair. I can see that its simply a software issue that could be rectified online.
Has anyone else encountered this situation and been able to rectify it?
