I received a rebuilt Koetsu Corsalstone with diamond cantilever this afternoon, after a two month wait. In it’s place I had remounted an Air Tight Supreme, which took a bit to tweak and get just right. The last 2-3 weeks have been extremely enjoyable...very musical experiences. Have any of you had a similar reluctance to pulling something out of your system lest the beauty be lost? I am excited, yet reticent. Likely, I’ll mount the Koetsu later this evening, and although the AT can be re-inserted, the adjustments, plus playing with the thin tone arm wires, leaves me less wanting.

I think that is a very interesting conundrum!

Only you know in your heart (and your ears) which you are enjoying more: the PC-1 Supreme now or the Coralstone Diamond previously?

Please tell us your sonic impressions of each cartridge, and the sonic advantages and disadvantages of each one.
