This is the view from the public beach across the street from the hotel. We think this is the clearest, Evian clear, water we have ever seen.

Still in Bora Bora?
I’ve heard there was a big earthquake i the south Pacific… … Are you guys all right? I belive it was in New Caledonia, which is quite far away from Bora Bora.. but anyway. Have you felt any tremors… ? 7,7 on the Richter Scale !! They have issued a Tsunami warning, so please be aware… I’m very concerned. I hope you are all okay… .

But this reminds me of the time a friend in the Netherlands heard about a tornado in Kansas and wondered if we lost our roof in Los Angeles.

I went snorkeling yesterday for the very first time! We were crowded by small sharks and stingrays. In deep water Tinka snorkeled and saw giant manta rays.

Then we joined a jetski tour around the entire island.
