I love all the dark wood. Beautiful system and room. Have you tried moving the speakers either closer together and/or further out from the wall? Looks like an equilateral placement.

pretty much, they sound great and have a wide and very deep soundstage, very happy with the system

Weill I misspoke, upgraded from the excellent 218's to a pair go the superb 909mk5's, absolutely stunning resolution, control, dynamics, etc. have a 808mk5 on the way to demo and see if I prefer it over the awesome 077, more to come
