I haven't tried cold brew, but noticed that our Costco was selling bottles (in the refrigerated section) of cold brew Blue Bottle coffee (I think they were around $16 for maybe a quart sized bottle - didn't look closely. Blue Bottle is a local SF Bay area company that has started to expand across the country and in Asia. Our daughter, who is a real coffee drinker, introduced us to the company a decade or so ago when they were still quite tiny.
I like Iced coffee but for me the way I make it is quite easy. I make my coffee in the usual way and then put it in the refrigerator until I am ready to drink it. Add ice and all is good
I’m not a big coffee lover but my goodness, Vietnamese Coffee is stunning on a 37C day in Ho Chi Minh.
I believe it’s made from Robusta beans and adds condensed milk and ice. They certainly pack a punch.
Now at home I just cool my coffee down in the fridge as Steve does.
