The Kiseki Purple Heart is actually a fairly good sounding cartridge. But I concur that there are problems. The one I owned slowly developed a skewed cantilever despite being properly aligned. In the end, this cartridge is not serviceable, so there is no repair work that can be performed - neither by Kiseki nor anyone else (e.g. Soundsmiith). My understanding is that the new ones are actually manufactured by Clearaudio and are simply not designed to be taken apart. I probably got 500 hours out of mine before it was trash binned. One and done with Kiseki for me.
