I used to have gold bowties but they're just too bright. I replaced the front one with a black bowtie and am unsure if I should put the rear one on... does my ass look fat in this bowtie?

If they have a yoga pants version of the emblem, you're home free.

You're off to a good start, now you need to Chop, Channel and perhaps Section the body.

The ass looks fat either way, as Bob said. I like it. But I prefer a fat ass without bowtie.

It makes no difference to my eyes; with or without your a$$ still looks fat. :D

* I'd leave it on, it's like a small tatoo in the upper rear...fashionable.

That's too kind, thanks! :)

It's a tough decision, lol...

So far you have 70% who said to leave it on.
In my honest opinion that 70% are connoisseurs.
I observed both pictures for long enough to see the discreet cachet of having it.
The people who follow you from behind they respect that cross/bowtie, and they wouldn't cross you by rear-ending you. Plus that small tattoo thing I was referring to earlier...it's a sure thing, it's the attraction, the fashion on "car's" upper rear. You don't need a picture I know you can see it.
Anyway, so far 70% is a strong indication. I would trust WBF member's taste when it comes to cars, and many other things ...

It's not the nicest ass I've ever seen. Just saying.

Same designer as the C8... you can see it once you know and I think the C8's rear is the most criticized.

The Camaro is kinda pear-shaped but she's got 305s under those tights!

I'm leaning towards putting it on... It's currently not on, it's was only on with masking tape for the photo. I just got the black bowties, she's been without a rear bowtie for the last year, I took that thing off immediately but I like the black ones a lot more vs gold, looks more modern.

Well, don't have a run in with a police officer that knows legally you need it...

I can go either way, the darker one looks nice.

Legally need the rear emblem? That's something I've never heard before!

I'm still leaning toward putting it on, the black one does look pretty good and maybe more discreet vs an unbadged car. It's interesting though, without the bowtie very few people know what the car is if they don't see the front. I've heard people ask if it's a Mustang, Corvette, Maserati, etc...

Well considering that almost everyone thinks it’s legal, I doubt it would ever be a problem. I just know that this did come up over a decade ago, and it wasn’t found “legal” for the particular instance. I wouldn’t worry.
