I see the threads in this part of the forum are all about watching sports, being a voyeur that is.

Do any of your exercise regularly?

I've found that as I've exercised more and more, my couch potato time has been reduced, and my interests have changed.

I assume some of this has been hormonal but also changes in my brain may have happened.

What have been your struggles and experiences?

Yep, still in Ann Arbor.

My experimental speakers are a work in progress, some of the earlier ones sound better than the sexy looking later ones. I have not touched them in years, other interests and distractions plus just lack of resources (time/money).

I've been getting in shape, building some muscle and feeling younger. That's been my project and hobby for the past four years. Started eight years ago with some dietary changes and activity level changes.

All this has lead to less sitting around listening to music.

I even let my Porsche sit the last two summers as sitting in a car for hours driving in the country in lieu of running in the woods and doing push-ups just didn't seem as rewarding.

If I move to where there is more snow and fewer people I predict stereo listening will make a strong reappearance in my life. I'm actually working towards that goal, maybe this spring.

What are you up to lately CAP?
