HT bypass needed on preamp?

Do i need ht bypass on a preamp when connecting mains from a processor preout to a preamp input?

guess it means i will have 2 volume controls.

any concerns?

The HT bypass takes the preamp's VC out of the circuit.

You need to have a constant/fixed volume control setting on the preamp for this to work. That way the prepro controls will work properly.

Are you running balanced XLR or single-ended RCA interconnects @Elftrader ???
