Requirements include a minimum of 100 watts that doubles down at lower impedance. SS only. My Pulsars need some power. Also a volume control display including remote with a max. 0.7 db per step. Dac optional but not required. A Streamer would be nice but not critical. Recommends on used units under max price also appreciated. Thanks.

They don't double the power exactly two times, but Accuphase integrated amps always have a place in my heart. You can look for class A E-800, or the excellent E-480. You can also go back a few generations with little drop in performance, and a big one in price E-X50/X60/X70 series.

you don't have to use a streamer. Wi-fi is sufficient. If you insist Ifi Audio makes an excellent one for $399. Available from Walmart online, no less among others.
Whenever you say value and solid state, my go to is Parasound. $3,199.
Look here. Available on 30 day trial. g313HINT6S-F.jpg

If we liberally interpret "SS only" to include hybrid designs with minimal/long lasting tubes and "0.7dB per step" to "1 dB per step" the Circle Labs A200 is fantastic: https://www.circlelabs.eu/a200_en

(Tubes last 10,000 hours and are as low maintenance as it gets.)

Feel free to ignore if those conditions are firm requirements. :D

I agree with Gregadd... I've used a Parasound on a pair of Maggies for years and wouldn't use anything else. Also includes a DSD DAC....

I think the best integrated amps under 10,000.00 are Luxman and Soulnote. Luxman is very musical and laid back, while Soulnote is very dynamic and fast. The pace and rhythm is fantastic and I think a little more detailed than the Luxman.

Aavik I-180 with 300WPC. Under your budget, but the recommended footers will bring the total price close to the budget max.

If you can stretch budget a bit or get it used, the Pass Labs Int250 is one heck of an integrated and represents excellent price performance ratio. It matches pre/power costing a lot more.
