looking for Headshell, Cartridge, Stylus suggestions

I just bought a BSR Quanta 500 in really good condition. I ask please don't tell me how stupid it was to buy a BSR because of how crappy the brand is. I have read the reviews on the brand but I couldn't pass it up for $35. It's missing the headshell, cartridge, and stylus and I'm going bonkers trying to figure out what to get and how to calibrate everything. The last record player I used was one of the crappy ones that was part of the Yorx "systems" if you remember those and I have never really owned a turntable component so I would appreciate any and all help. I am on a budget so please nothing really expensive. Thanks.

I usually dislike sibilance when it feels like the singer should be using an N95 mask.
Not sure if the headshell and/or the Garrott p77i cart was the key, but the combo worked pretty well.

Also not sure if it is within your budget, but I personally rate the headshell as worth consideration.
