Does anyone know if the line stage can be reconfigured easily from 100v to 240v, or should one just use a step down transformer (another box!) Also can anyone tell me the difference between the 4.0 and the 4-2 line stage?

Lovely pre you're looking at there.

Apparently a lot to do with 4.0 op amps vs 4-2 discrete circuit, the details of which I am untrained to enter into.

Don't know if Lyra still support the 4's. I think there was even a 4.0 to 4-2 upgrade once. They certainly both carry the same outward design cues. But I'm pretty sure there was no voltage switch or the like.
