Hi Ked, You know my studio/loft/laboratory would NEVER look like this unfortunately:) Just installed these M3's/Ipods yesterday. This room is in a gorgeous open loft in the city. It's NOT a man-cave or audio listening room type environment. It's a huge living space, with spectacular art work and furnishings. The client has several sets of different electronics, ie, Spectral, Devialet etc.

There are two other systems in the loft as well in a study and bedroom that are more intimate settings. It's surprising how good the M3's sounded right out of the crates in such a large open space. Fills the room with beautiful music and if you sit on the "listeing couch" there is a super wide and very nice soundstage. You would not think the M3's would pressurize the huge space, but for some reason the bass sounds really good.

Lately I 've been selling/installing many systems to NYC clients that are not hard core audiophiles, but love and listen to music daily. They just want the systems set in their living environemnts, not dedicated listening environments. Ie, in these last few systems.

Hello Peter,

I am on the ISO-Acoustics emailing list so just received this info. I was awaiting the release of these heavier Titans as a possible solution for my Q3's. It appears they will be available in the coming month. Am also quite interested in trying these as the SPOD pricing seems high to me and would be, in a sense, money lost, if ever moving up to the M3 or simply selling.

I am also interested in their equipment footers as per the screenshot below..likely to give these a try in the near future

(Note: did you see the thread I started here concerning the need to tighten the screws on the Q series?...was quite audible to me...link below)

Some useful info for any Q series owners

Best,
Warren

No, I missed that thread. I'll check it out. Thank you Warren. I did occasionally tighten the tension rods on my Mini 2s. It seemed to make a difference.

I've directly compared IsoAcoustics Gaias to Arya Audio RevOPods.

No contest, RevOPods superior in every way. Passes the neutrality rest, unlike the bass signature Gais impart to every recording, RevOPods allow each song to shine in different ways.

Congratulations Bob, and thank you for posting these images. They present more evidence that there must be a lot of guys out there with great gear who do not spend time on the forums, so we never read about their systems. Great stuff.

Thx Peter, hope all is well up in your neck of the woods! Yes there are a lot of people out there with a LOT of $$$ and love listening to music, but are not audiophiles, and yes they really don't ever visit forums. I've been lucky lately with these type of clients actually finding me vs. me finding them:)

Hi Bob, those photos are gorgeous, especially the 1st photo in post #21 with the wooden horns. Which brand and model speakers are those?

Greetings Ian, Thx. I wasn't trying to infringe on this thread, but I had not posted in a while. The Roma Triode is from Diesis Audio http://diesisaudio.com that are in the pic with the full Kondo system. They are 98db efficient and were developed over a three year period specifically around the Kondo Ongaku, which is also in the pic. Internal Kondo wiring and special Xover parts etc. as well as careful selection of woods/materials.

The Roma Triode is the top of the line Diesis speaker. I have the Roma as well which is the same speaker but not Kondoized in my studio as well as the Aura model (93db). They start at $25K for the Ludos (93db), which I have on order, and the Roma Triode are $180K. In this pic (below) are the Roma Triode, the Roma (black/$100K) and the Aura ($35K).

They are a 6ohm load and are an easy load as they don't dip down in impedance. All models were developed using tubes but work great with SS as well. Currently I am listening to the Roma (black) with Goldmund Telos 1000NextGen and it's magic for me. Although tubes on any of the models raises the bar sonically.

Bob, is that the Kondo TT with the Diesis in the first pic in post 21? Is that the one you had?

Also, what is the analog and the amps with the Wilsons?

I see an SME V-12 in that Kondo photo with what may be an Opus1. I must say that SRA rack is gorgeous.
Hi Peter,

In this system there is an IO-M Kondo cartridge with the Kondo version of the SME-V-12. The system has the exact same Kondo silver wiring from the cartridge windings all throughout the system, through the speakers, all the way to the drivers. A truly complete Kondo system.

Ked, that is a brand spanking new Kondo Ginga TT with the Kondo IO-M cartridge. This entire system is brand new and just delivered and set up about a month ago....still breaking in and it will take a while as it is an only vinyl system.

Here is another new Kondo Ginga that Rhapsody recently sold, that's 3 new Gingas plus my demo Ginga was sold as well this year.....

Regarding the Wilson system, they are Jadis JA200's with the 4 chassis Jadis JP500 pre (winter system), then the Goldmund Mim37 pre/Telos 1000Next Gen for summer:) Just change the speaker cables.
