Premier with Pro USB and the renderer module. Not sure why I didn’t do this 25 DACs ago.
Very nice! We have all paid our toll on the DAC merry-go-round.

Congrats. Burn in wasn’t a big deal on my Ref
Keith thanks for the reply. I had fun listening to it from out of the box to a few hours of playing yesterday. This morning after leaving it on I was surprised how the soundstage really opened up. I can only compare it to several times hearing a very great system with R2R tape as the source. Just using the renderer module at the moment with Roon. I cannot imagine the change when I connect the Aurender N20. Good times before Christmas for sure.

I'm not sure how much burn-in is contributing, but the MSB dac modules, PSU and clock definitely benefit from warming up and reaching stabilization before they sound the best. I find the DAC has been turned off and completely cold, it takes almost a day of being on before it sounds at its best again.

Thank you. I typically leave my system on 24/7 and only shut everything down if I am going to travel for more than a few days. I agree warm up on DACS can take awhile depending on what you have.

One thing I should have said before is my network renderer was from my previous Premier so that may account for why I didn’t hear much improvement after 48 hours. I leave mine on 24/7 as well.
