Always liked the look of this old S.A.Lab Hercules amp. New ones are taller and slimmer.

ML No. 33 and No.32

as far as industrial art, these are on the top of my list of awesome looking hifi designs. these would absolutely leave people speechless. and unless you have seen a pair of No. 33's in a room you can't imagine their presence. 365 pounds each.

i owned this pair 1999-2001.

how did they sound? very good for the time and my personal references at that point. i did move on. at this point i would just say 'pretty good'.

The ones on the left look like dehumidifiers and the one on the right looks like the Bose Wave radio.

Very nice thanks Blue. That would have been THE perfect amp for my last house...

When we had it on the market to sell they took my Harbeths out and I used a small pair of desktop speakers for background music :( sigh... buyers, what do they know about the importance of good sound lol.

Any of the Devialets: small, uncluttered, capable of vertical or horizontal mounting, not a visual distraction in the listening room. And, going back years, the Quad 606 which had some, but not all, of these attributes.

What is broken ? The remote or the CD player ? I still have contact

I especially love the look of the CD player, and it doesn’t sound bad very
musically when used together with the preamp.
