What a hell of input impedance?...
Prohibitive for almost all linestages...
I see selectable... 75 ohm / 300 ohm / 1200 ohm when usually other amps starts from 5-10kohm (the old standard of 47kohm seems forgot now)...
I Remember that Dartzeel offer a custom connection at 75 ohm between their preamp/Power amp but this is an exception.
If you buy the 202 you will forced ti drive it directly from MSB's dac, you have no other choice...

The new MSB amps are specifically designed to be used and to maximize performance with MSB DACs and their internal linestages. The 1200 ohm input impedance setting will work with a preamp with a low output impedance, let’s say 120 ohms or less, using the 10 times rule. But this is not their main focus.

A little something alright -as our bank balance depletes large -big ? lol

Looks great. I'll guess that its minimal/short signal paths contributes significantly to its performance.

Speaking of which, may I ask is bi-polar transistors grace the OUTPUT stage ?
(Transformer size, filter capacitance?)

Thx,

When will we get back to pre-2005 (i.e.sane) pricing -on hi-fi in general ?

Wonderful ! ......A quick MSB website peruse, and it's noted:

* Shipping DimensionsWidth:in ( mm)Depth:in ( mm)Height:in ( mm)Weight:lbs ( kg)Included AccessoriesUser Manual
* Power Cord
* 4X Rubber Feet

I'm hoping/expecting the included four (4) rubber feet have some science/engineering behind it ?

Hi MSB: You may wish to give the dtails/description (as offeredhere on this site) on your
actual website -that I just left, wondering whether your S202 was a A/A/B, or (god-forbid)
'D' type circuit architecture.

Hi Ken: Thanks for the reply. Yes, I read that too -here on WBF.

That was my point (to MSB). Might be a good idea to say as much
on their (MSB) website -as opposed to learning of it here/ hi-fi forums.
