Musical anhedonia

Musical anhedonia is a neurological condition characterized by an inability to derive pleasure from music.[1] People with this condition, unlike those suffering from music agnosia, can recognize and understand music but fail to enjoy it.[2] Music therapy is not a potential treatment for musical anhedonia, as is the case with certain other diseases and conditions such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease.[3]

Research has shown that people with this condition have reduced functional connectivity between the cortical regions responsible for processing sound and the subcortical regions related to reward.[4]

I gotta wonder if there is a word or phrase for someone who derives too much pleasure from music?
