It was a bit of work to submit all the photos but I think it turned out pretty well. Best of all, the sound has been just wonderful following a visit by Peter McGrath to help dial-in the Alexias perfectly.
Thanks for the post and photos Lee
Reminded me of the champagne SCD 777ES I had many years ago. Unfortunately the laser failed which I suspect may have been caused by the SID disc I used.
Lee, I see you own all of the music matters jazz reissues...great choice!
Any that you could suggest, as I am completing my collection.

By the way, I have also had great luck with the AP Prestige titles and the Classic Records Blue Notes (mono and stereo) although the MusicMatters are better for the titles they overlap.
I have the Alexias (originals) in a 20 X 15 X 10.3 room. Recently added some acoustic treatment to the walls and corners which took the overall experience to another level.

I think the music matters LP’s sound Quality wise seem to be a little superior to the Classic and AP titles, although I haven’t heard too many of the AP Prestige series. Agreed that where the MM overlaps with the Classic, it’s better to have the MM pressing.
