Christoph......I'm doing this all for you as you have to feel the adrenaline rush of watching this Denver team facing yet again another huge deficit and they rebound and looks as if this could be the biggest upset of them all

Can only chuckle and move on at this point.

The Clippers curse BUT what a performance by the Nuggets

This is the biggest upset of the playoffs. There is no doubting my mind that playing in the bubble requires a totally different mindset as there is no home crowd to boost the payers

Bad day here, Boston and Clips both lost. Denver just wanted it more, and played like it. Hats off to them.

Of the final four the Clipps had the worst ball movement IMO. What hurts most is that it often stalled in PGs hands as teammates would stop moving as the ball headed towards him or was already in his hands. I saw PGs pass fake too many times this year. Movement is always a coaching and not a player issue at the pro level. Buh Bye Doc.

Final

Denver 104-89

Hopefully Ballmer will move doc up because he was truly out coached and did not have a clue how to rectify the problem. Also enough said for Load Management. All it buys you is high standing but nothing more

Kawhi finally looked human and PG13 was left in the dust

NBA Playoffs: The Clippers' dynasty is on the clock before it can even begin

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29894050/nba-playoffs-clippers-dynasty-clock-even-begin

"There are some schematic issues surely. Perhaps coach Doc Rivers didn't use enough pick-and-roll plays when the offense stagnated. Perhaps relying on a bench that was high on scoring but low on defense was a mistake. Perhaps Patrick Beverley should have stopped trying to be such a pest on defense that he was constantly in foul trouble. Perhaps George's streaky offensive game needed to be smoothed out. Maybe Leonard's incredible shotmaking skills made him less prone to be a playmaker for teammates under playoff pressure."

"With that George trade, they are in deep now and they need all the supporting characters they can keep; if not to totally run it back, then to at least retain the possibility for trades. If they are willing to take on long-term money in an uncertain financial and salary cap landscape, league sources believe the Clippers could cobble together some players on their roster to execute a trade to bring in more talent.

Their owner's worth is currently north of $70 billion and Steve Ballmer isn't likely to express concern about the luxury tax.

As hard as it is to believe, despite having two of the three highest finishers in the Sixth Man of the Year voting with Harrell and Williams, the Clippers might need to revamp their bench -- and those contracts might help."
