I have a new idea for a turntable so let me know if you think there is something better at around at $20000. I am looking at a SP-10R with a acoustand plinth and a Kuzma 4 point 11 inch arm. I was thinking about the Kuzma Stabi R with the 4 point 11 inch arm but I have never heard this table and there is no dealer close to where I live to audition it so your opinions would be great to hear.
Thanks.

A few details may help you to get a broader array of answers outside of the sp10r vs Kuzma Stabi opinions:

1) Does your stated budget need to include cartridge, phono cable, SUT maybe, etc.? Or just table and arm?

2) Speaking of cartridge....whatcha thinking?

I do not need a cartridge I have a koetsu and benz cartridge so I am only looking at the table and arm for now.

I setup a 4pt14 & Koetsu Blue Lace a few weeks ago on my clients new STST Motus DQ direct drive turntable and it sounds grand and seems to be a happy match- so aside from the 'you haven't heard Koetsu sing if not on an FR6(x)S arm' crowd your arm direction seems a very good one...

I had the Kuzma Stabi R with the 4P 11 and replaced it with a Artisan Fidelity Technics SP10 Mk2 with the 4P 11. While the Stabi R was better built, the AF SP10 Mk2 was a little more revealing in terms of playback. You can't go wrong with either the SP-10R or the Stabi R - they're both great choices.

Sounds like a great choice.
